酒石酸布托啡诺对心肌氧化应激损伤保护作用的研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 围术期是氧化应激反应多发的阶段,各种刺激因素可通过多种反应途径产生大量自由基,造成机体过氧化应激状态,这种状态可以造成机体多方面的损害,由于心肌细胞的不可再生性,以及其对生物体的重要作用,过度的氧化应激对心肌造成的损害可以是致命性的。因此,如何避免或减轻心肌氧化应激损伤成为心肌保护的研究热点。酒石酸布托啡诺对心肌具有保护作用,但具体的保护机制尚不是十分清楚,仍需进一步研究。 Perioperative period is considered a major oxidative stress effector, and many stimulation factors are responsible for the producing of free radicals, leading to oxidative stress ,which can cause various damages to the body. Due to the non-renewable nature of myocardial cells, as well as its important role in organisms, excessive oxidative stress injury to the heart can be fatal. Therefore, how to avoid or reduce the myocardial oxidative stress injury has become one of the hot issues in myocardial protection. At present, some studies have shown that butorphanol tartrate has protective effect on myoeardium, but the protective mechanism is not very clear, which needs further studies.
