摘要
文章按照GB11893—89中的测量步骤配制了工作曲线,并对已知浓度的标准液和未知样品进行了总磷含量的测定。根据实际测量的过程以及建立的数学模型,分析了钼酸铵分光光度法测定水中总磷不确定度的来源。应用一个实例,对不确定度分量(磷标准物质的浓度、磷标准溶液稀释、工作曲线拟合、样品取样体积、样品定容体积以及样品重复性测量)进行了详细的评定并计算合成不确定度,分析如何提高测量的准确性。
According to the measurement procedure described in GBl1893-89, the paper compounded a working curve and determined the contents of total phosphorus in standard liquid with known concentration and unknown samples. In line with the procedure of actual measurement and mathematical model, the source using the ammonium molybdate spectrophotometric method to determine the uncertainty of total phosphorus in water was analyzed. A case was applied to estimate in detail the each contents of uncertainty (concentration of phosphorus standard material, Phosphorus standard solution dilution, working curve fitness, sample volume and repeatability measurement of sample) and calculated the uncertainty, including the analysis how to increase the accuracy of measurement.
