On the Song Dynasty's Legal Education and Its Contemporary Enlightenment

宋代是我国封建社会政治、经济、文化高度发展的时代。为了加强中央集权统治,朝廷十分重视士大夫阶层的法律教育,在法律教育方面进行了较大幅度的改革,丰富了教育的内容和形式。从历史上看,宋代的法律教育规模最大,水平最高。宋代的法律教育给当代的普法教育以及司法考试、公务员招考等带来许多启示。

In China＇s feudal societies, the Song Dynasty is a prosperous era in politics, economy and culture. In order to strengthen the rule of law, all the emperors had carried out the legal education, attached great importance to the intelligentsia, and the content, form and level of the Song Dynasty＇s legal education had experienced a reform in the largest scale and enjoyed the highest level. The study of the Song Dynasty＇s legal education has implications in contemporary judicial examination, the civil service recruitment and public legal aspects.
