摘要 SF6气体绝缘变电站(GIS)的在线监测技术在电力系统中得到了越来越广的应用,并取得了显著成效,但对于在线监测装置的现场校验与量化评价方面仍存在诸多问题。文中通过建立1 100 k V GIS在线监测缺陷模拟平台,实验得到了不同缺陷模型的GIS内特高频信号谱图与视在放电量,开展了特高频信号在GIS腔体内的传播衰减特性分析研究,利用脉冲注入法得到了注入脉冲与视在放电量的等效性关系与典型GIS设备特高频信号衰减特征值,为GIS在线监测系统现场校验技术提供了理论基础。 Online monitoring of gas insulated substation(GIS) is increasingly applied in power system,and remark- able effect has been obtained. But there are still many problems in the field calibration and quantitative evaluation of online monitoring devices. The paper establishes a defect simulation platform for online monitoring 1 100 kV GIS, obtaining the detection UHF spectra and the apparent discharge quantities through experiment. The attenuation propagation characteristics of UHF signal in GIS are studied. By using the pulse injection method, obtaining the re- lationship between steep pulse injection and the apparent discharge capacity, and the characteristic value of the typical GIS attenuation is obtained, which provides a theoretical basis for field verification technology for a 1 100 kV GIS online monitoring system.
