摘要
为简化500 k V交流耐压试验的组装流程,提高组装效率,节省人力资源和时间,文中设计了一款500 k V交流耐压试验测量平台。该平台采用电机、传动机构以及限位器实现了耐压试验所需主要设备的空间位置调整;采用激光瞄准技术提高了耐压试验所需主要设备相应部位对接的准确度。目前该平台已经得到了成功应用。
In order to simplify the assembly process of 500 kV power AC withstand voltage test, improve the effi- ciency, save the human resources and time, a measuring platform is designed. The platform adopts the motor and its transmission mechanism to realize the position adjustment of the main equipment in the experiment, using laser aiming technology to improve the docking accuracy of the corresponding part for major equipment in the withstand voltage test. This measuring platform has been successfully applied.
