变电设备机构箱外壳基体及涂层对比分析

摘要 针对变电设备机构箱在亚热带海洋气候条件下易生锈、腐蚀、老化等严重影响变电设备安全稳定运行的问题,采用宏观观察、金属涂层厚度测试仪、附着力测试仪、扫描电镜、能谱、红外光谱和电化学阻抗谱等方法对国产和进口箱体外壳进行了对比分析,提出适合南方特殊气候条件的变电设备机构箱改进建议。试验结果表明:进口箱体外壳涂层厚度相对均匀,且涂层附着力优于国产机构箱;国产外壳基材选用碳钢,进口外壳基材选用耐腐蚀性能更好的铝合金,且进口箱体外壳基材的阻抗(Z_(imported substrate))是国产箱体外壳基材阻抗(Z_(imported substrate))的18倍;国产箱体外壳涂层面漆是醇酸树脂类而进口箱体外壳涂层面漆是聚酯类面漆。 The paper analyzed the rust, corrosion, aging problems of mechanism case, which ware used in typical subtropical marine climate zone. Domestic and imported mechanism case shell are compared through the macroscopic observation, and other methods such as, the metal coating thickness tester, adhesion tester, scanning electron mi- croscopy with energy dispersive spectrometer, infrared spectroscopy and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, the recommendations for mechanism improvement is proposed that , which met the southern weather atmosphere. The results show that, the coating thickness of imported mechanism case shell is relatively uniform and the adhesion rating of import mechanism ease shell coating better than domestic mechanism. The substrate of domestic mechanism case shell is made of steel casing while it is aluminum alloy for imported mechanism case shell. The impedance of alu- minum alloy (Zimported substrate) is 18 times of steel casting (Zimported substrate). The finish on domestic mecha-nism case shell is alkyd resin while it is polyester-based paint on imported mechanism case shell.
