计算机辅助训练联合Schuell刺激疗法治疗脑卒中后失语症的效果 被引量:23

摘要 目的观察计算机辅助训练联合Schuell刺激疗法对脑卒中并发失语症患者语言、认知功能恢复的影响。方法选取50例脑卒中后合并失语症患者随机分为对照组24例和观察组26例,在常规康复及药物治疗的基础上,对照组给予Schuell刺激疗法,观察组给予计算机辅助训练联合Schuell刺激疗法,疗程均为3个月。于治疗前后采用汉语标准失语症检查法(CRRCAE)及蒙特利尔认知评估(Mo CA)量表分别评定语音及认知功能。结果治疗3个月后,两组患者CRRCAE评分中的听理解、命名、复述、出声读、阅读理解、书写、计算得分均高于治疗前(P<0.05),并且观察组上述指标得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后两组Mo CA评分高于治疗前(P<0.05),并且观察组评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在常规康复及药物治疗的基础上,计算机辅助训练联合Schuell刺激疗法可更好地提高脑卒中后失语症患者的语言和认知功能。 Objective To observe the effect of computer-assisted training combined with Schuell's stimulation approach on the recovery of linguistic function and cognitive function in patients with aphasia after stroke. Methods Fifty patients with aphasia after stroke were randomly divided into control group(n = 24) and observation group(n = 26). On the basis of routine rehabilitation and medication,Schuell's stimulation approach was performed in the control group and computer-assisted training combined with Schuell's stimulation approach in the observation group. The duration of therapy was 3 months in both groups. Before and after treatment,Chinese Rehabilitation Research Center Aphasia Examination(CRRCAE) and Montreal Cognitive Assessment(Mo CA) Scale were used to evaluate the linguistic function and cognitive function respectively. Results After 3 months of treatment,the scores of CRRCAE including listening comprehension,naming,retelling,reading aloud,reading comprehension,writing and calculation were higher in both groups compared the scores before treatment(P〈0. 05),and the scores of the indices above were higher in the observation group compared to the control group(P〈0. 05). After 3months of treatment,the Mo CA scores were higher in both group compared to the scores before treatment(P〈0. 05),and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P〈0. 05). Conclusion On the basis of routine rehabilitation and medication,computer-assisted training combined with Schuell's stimulation approach can better improve the linguistic function andcognitive function of patients with aphasia after stroke.
