妊娠高血压综合征患者血脂水平与病情严重程度及血压的关系 被引量:6

Relationship of blood lipid level with disease severity and blood pressure in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome

摘要 目的探讨妊娠高血压综合征(PIHS)患者血脂水平与病情严重程度及血压的关系。方法将101例PIHS患者按病情严重程度分为妊娠期高血压组45例(A组)、轻度子痫前期组33例(B组)、重度子痫前期组23例(C组)。比较3组血脂水平及血压,并分析血脂水平与疾病严重程度、血压的相关性。结果 A、B、C组SBP及载脂蛋白(Apo)-A1依次升高,A组TG低于B、C两组,而HDL-C水平均高于B、C两组(均P<0.05)。Apo B/Apo-A1比值与PIHS患者病情程度呈正相关(P<0.05)。TG、LDL-C、Apo B/Apo-A1是SBP升高的危险因素(P<0.05),而HDL-C是SBP升高的保护因素(P<0.05);LDL-C也是DBP升高的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论血脂水平可能是预测PIHS患者病情严重程度的重要指标。早期干预血脂紊乱可能更有利于患者血压的控制,从而避免病情的加重。 Objective To explore the relationship of blood lipid level with disease severity and blood pressure in the patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome(PIHS). Methods A total of 101 patients with PIHS were divided into gestational hypertension group(Group A,n = 45),mild preeclampsia group(Group B,n = 33) and severe preeclampsia group(Group C,n = 23) according to the disease severity. The blood lipid levels and blood pressure were compared among the three groups. The correlation of blood lipid level with severity of PIHS and blood pressure was analyzed. Results SBP and apolipoprotein(Apo)-A1 level increased in the order of Group A,Group B and Group C,and TG level was lower but HDL-C level was higher in Group A compared to Group B and Group C(all P〈0. 05).Apo B/Apo-A1 ratio positively correlated with the disease severity of patients with PIHS(P〈0. 05). TG level,LDL-C level and Apo B/Apo-A1 ratio were the risk factors for elevated SBP,and HDL-C level was the protective factor(P〈0. 05). LDL-C level was also the risk factors for elevated DBP(P〈0. 05). Conclusion The blood lipid level might be the important indicator for predicting the disease severity of patients with PIHS. Early intervention for dyslipidemia might benefit the blood pressure control and thereby to avoid aggravation of the disease.
