摘要
针对高速车铣加工中心,对其电主轴进行三维建模,通过有限元软件ANSYS Workbench对其刚度、固有频率和临界转速等进行静、动态特性分析,论证了其结构合理性的同时,也对电主轴施加2种不同的约束进行模态分析,证明了2种约束均适用于高速电主轴的模态分析。研究结果为高速电主轴系统以后进一步设计使用和分析优化,提供了2种不同的约束方法。
The three - dimensional modeling of the electric spindle was established for high speed milling and machining center. Firstly, the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench was used to conduct the static and dynamic analysis of the stiffness, natural frequency, and critical speed. Then the structure rationality was demonstrated, meanwhile, the modal analysis was carried out on two different constraints of the electric spindle, which proved that the two constraints were suitable for the modal analysis of the high - speed electric spindle. The results of the study have provided 2 different constraint methods for the further design and analysis and optimization of high speed electric spindle.
