Strategies of media convergence development for academic journals

"媒体融合"时代已全面来临,学术期刊的媒体融合发展是大势所趋。通过分析我国学术期刊媒体融合发展现状,认为学术期刊应借鉴国内外经验,通过优化采编发流程,深化内容融合程度,建立人才引进与培养机制,进行多机构协同创新,以增强学术成果传播效果,提升学术期刊影响力。

The era of media convergence is coming,which is also a general trend for academic journals. Through the analysis of the development status of the media convergence level of the academic journals in China,we propose that the journals should refer to the international experiences,optimize the acquisition and catalogue process,further the level of media convergence, establish the mechanism for talent introduction and cultivation,and innovate and support media convergence together with different institutes and corporations.
