农村留守儿童课外阅读问题与对策研究——以国家级贫困县安徽省颍上县为例 被引量:17

摘要 [目的/意义]研究和解决贫困地区留守儿童课外阅读问题。[方法/过程]以安徽省颍上县为例,采用问卷调查、访谈法、观察法,从阅读倾向、阅读量、阅读材料的获取途径、阅读环境、阅读目的 5个方面,调查农村留守儿童课外阅读现状,分析其形成原因。[结果/结论]指出其原因是作业压力大、家庭阅读环境不佳、阅读服务设施老化、阅读推广活动力度小、缺乏专业的阅读指导、沉迷于网络缺乏监管。提出改善对策:政府设立专项图书经费,完善图书公共服务体系;学校提供阅读材料,设置阅读课程;家长支持并积极进行沟通和引导;发动志愿者和社会公益组织资助留守儿童课外阅读。 [Purpose/significance ]The paper is to study and solve problems of left-behind children's extracurricular reading in poverty area. [Method/process]The paper takes Yingshang County in Anhui Province as an example, uses questionnaire survey, inter- view and observation methods to investigate status quo of rural left-behind children' s extracurricular reading from five aspects of read- ing tendency, reading quantity, reading material's acquisition ways, reading environment and reading purpose, and analyzes the causes. [Result/conclusion]The paper points out that the causes includes big homework stress, poor family reading environment, aging reading service facility, less reading promotion activity, lack of professional reading guidance, indulging in Internet and lack of supervision. It puts forward improving countermeasures, including government's setting up a special book fund to perfect book public service system, school's providing reading material and setting ,up reading course, parents' supporting and positive guiding, and mobilizing volunteer and social public organization to subsidize left-behind children's extracurricular reading.
