[目的/意义]了解广东省医学期刊发展现状及面临的机遇和挑战。[方法/过程]以2016年版《中国科技期刊引证报告》(扩刊版)中60种广东省医学期刊为研究对象,调查其出版周期、出版语种、有无网站、有无公众微信号、是否核心期刊等。对2016年版《中国科技期刊引证报告》(核心版)中39种核心期刊相关评价指标进行SWOT分析。[结果/结论 ]在大数据融合媒体交互应用的时代,广东省医学期刊具有众多优势,也存在优质稿件流失、国际化合作不高、网络传播和交流平台不足等劣势。广东省医学期刊既面临着机遇,也受到来自国内外期刊竞争、复合型人才缺乏及市场营销冲击的各种挑战。广东省医学期刊应充分利用现有优势,抓住机遇,积极应对各种挑战,才会有大的发展空间。

[Purpose/significance]The paper is to understand development status quo,opportunities and challenges of medical journals in Guangdong province.[Method/process]The paper takes 60 medical journals in Guangdong included in Chinese ST Journal Citation Reports（Expended Edition） as research object,investigates their publishing cycle,language,website and public We Chat ID,and whether it is core journal or not.The paper analyzes evaluation indexes of 39 core journals by SWOT method according to Chinese ST Journal Citation Reports（Core Edition）.[Result/conclusion]In the era of big data integrating with mult-media,Guangdong medical journals have many advantages,also have several disadvantages including loss of high quality manuscripts,less international cooperation,and insufficient network transmission and communication platform.Guangdong medical journals face not only opportunities but also challenges,such as competition from domestic and foreign journals,shortage of versatile talents and impact of marketing.Guangdong medical journals should make full use of superiority and opportunities and face the weakness and challenges,so as to have a large room for grow.
