河南省高校图书馆专利信息服务调查研究

Investigation and Research on Patent Information Service in University Libraries in Henan

[目的/意义]为河南省高校图书馆专利信息服务发展出谋划策。[方法/过程]在澄清高校图书馆专利信息服务的概念和主要内容的基础上,调查分析河南省高校图书馆专利信息服务的现状,并提出具体的发展策略。[结果/结论]河南省高校图书馆目前还没有正式推出专利信息服务,在专利检索、分析、咨询、培训方面已经开展少量工作,但在专利信息资源、技术工具和服务队伍方面还比较薄弱。河南省高校图书馆必须树立专利信息服务意识,培育专利信息服务能力,选择适宜的服务模式和时机,构建协同创新的工作机制,逐步推动专利信息服务发展。

[Purpose/significance]The paper is to seek some ideas for the development of patent information service in university libraries of Henan province. [Metlaod/proeess]The paper clarifies the concept and main content of patent information service in uni- versity libraries, investigates the situation of patent information service in university libraries in Henan province, and puts forward de- tailed development strategies. [Result/conclusion]University libraries in Henan province have yet officially launched patent information service, have done a small amount of work in aspects of patent retrieval and analysis, consulting, and training, but are relatively weak in terms of patent information resource, technical tool and service talent team. The library should set up patent information service con- sciousness, cultivate patent information service ability, select appropriate service mode and opportunity, and construct working mecha- nism of collaborative innovation, to gradually promote the development of patent information service.
