[Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide reference for university library construction and transformation in Zhejiang province. [Method/process]The paper investigates service patterns of university mobile library in Zhejiang province, and analyzes their experiences and existing problems. [Result/conclusion]The paper gives three suggestions for construction of university mobile library, including improving ideas, establishing alliances and setting standardization.
