摘要
胆碱作为机体必需的水溶性B族维生素,具有合成乙酰胆碱,参与神经递质传递;氧化为甜菜碱,起甲基供体的作用;合成磷脂酰胆碱,参与极低密度脂蛋白(VLDL)的合成或参与生物膜系统的构成等生物学功能。胆碱缺乏易造成线粒体损伤,氧化应激增强。本文综述了胆碱的吸收、转运及代谢过程,以及胆碱与甲基化和胆碱缺乏造成氧化应激的潜在机理。
Choline is an essential water-soluble B-group vitamin,which has functions of synthesis of acetylcholine and acting in neurotransmiter transfer,be oxidized into betaine acting as a methyl donor,and the formation of phophatidylcholine involved in the systhesis of very low density lipoprotein(VLDL) and the composition of biomembrane.The choline deficiency results in the dysfunction of mitochodria and can increase oxidative stress.This review introduced the absorbtion,transport,and metabolism of choline,meanwhile makes a brief introduction of methylation metabolism concerning choline as a methyl donor.Ultimately,the underlying mechanism of oxidative stress increase resulted by choline deficiency was articulated.
