摘要 自动操舵系统电源是潜艇最重要的设备之一,其主要作用是将潜艇上220V/400Hz交流转换为多路连续输出的27V直流,并分配供给自动操舵系统。自动操舵系统工作的可靠性对保障潜艇上浮、下潜以及按预定航向航行具有关键作用。论文采用单端正激高频逆变功率变换单元为主电路,采用有源钳位磁通复位技术和PFM控制模式构建恒压输出闭环控制电路,并进行逆变功率变换主电路的冗余设计以及电源功能模块化和模块热插拔设计,实现了功率变换和输出恒压闭环控制。试验表明,研究的潜艇自动操舵系统电源结构简单、操作方便,开关损耗小、能效高,电源输出电压稳定、工作可靠性高,完全满足潜艇对输出电压质量和可靠性要求。 The sort of power supply for submarine automatic steering system is the most important equipment in the submarine. The main function is to convert 220V/400Hz AC to multiple continuous output 27V DC and distribute the DC to automatic steering system. The reliability of power supply is critical to guarantee that the submarine is floating,diving and sailing on a scheduled course. In this paper, single-ended forward high-frequency inverter power conversion main circuit and active clamp magnetic reset technology are adopted, closedloop control system constituted is realized by adopting PFM modulation system to establish constant voltage output closed-loop control circuit, the redundancy technology, the power function modularization and the modularization hot swap design are adopted to realize power conversion and constant voltage output closed-loop control. The experiment results show that this system has simple structure, easy operation, small switching loss, high electricalenergy transform efficiency, steady output voltage and high reliability. It can meet the requirement of the submarine on the quality and reliability of the output voltage.
