瘦素水平和妊娠期糖尿病的相关性研究

Study on the Relationship Between Leptin Level and Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的分析瘦素水平和妊娠期糖尿病的相关性。方法选取150例妊娠期糖尿病患者作为观察组,另选取同期的38名健康妊娠者作为对照组;对比观察组与对照组的瘦素、空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)水平、HOMA-IR指数,分析妊娠期糖尿病患者瘦素与FPG、FINS、HOMA-IR指数的相关性。结果观察组患者的瘦素、FPG、FINS水平均显著高于对照组,HOMA-IR指数大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);妊娠期糖尿病患者的瘦素与FPG、FINS、HOMA-IR指数均呈正相关,均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病的发生、发展可能与瘦素水平升高具有相关性,孕期检测瘦素水平,有利于预测妊娠期糖尿病的发病,评估严重程度。

Objective To analyze the correlation between leptin level and gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods 150 cases of gestational diabetes patients were selected as the observation group, 38 healthy pregnant women were selected as control group; The levels of leptin, fasting plasma glucose （FPG）,fasting insulin （ FINS） and HOMA - IR index were compared between the two groups, the correlation between leptin and FPG, FINS and HOMA - IR index in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were analyzed. Results The levels of leptin, FPG and FINS in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, HOMA - IR index was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; There was a positive correlation between leptin and FPG, FINS and HOMA - IR index in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus （P 〈 0. 05）.Conclusion The occurrence and development of gestational diabetes mellitus may be related to the increase of leptin level. It is helpful to predict the incidence of gestational diabetes mellitus and to evaluate the severity of gestational diabetes mellitus.
