腹腔镜治疗卵巢囊肿的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Laparoscopic Treatment of Ovarian Cyst

目的探讨腹腔镜治疗卵巢囊肿的临床应用价值。方法选取天津市武清区中医医院于2012年6月到2017年2月收治的40例以腹腔镜方式治疗的卵巢囊肿患者为研究组,随机抽取同时期的进行开腹治疗的卵巢囊肿患者40例作为对照组。结果研究组患者在手术所需时间,手术过程中出血量,肛门的排气时间及住院天数方面明显优于对照组,对比结果存在显著的差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。另外,研究组患者治疗的总有效率达到97.5%,临床治疗效果明显优于对照组的82.5%,两组患者临床疗效情况对比有明显差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术作为一种新兴的微创技术,由于它手术时间短、出血少、恢复快、创伤小等特点,且具有良好的耐受性,成功的替代了常规开腹手术,已成为治疗卵巢囊肿的首选。

Objective Clinical application value of laparoscopy in treatment of ovarian cyst. Methods Our hospital in June 2012 to February 2017 were treated 40 cases of laparoscopic approach to treating ovarian cysts were reviewed for the study study analyzed the clinical data. Results Study patients required surgical time, amount of bleeding during surgery, anal exhaust time and length of hospital stay or obviously superior to the control group, there are significant differences in comparison results, with statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05 ） . In addition, the study group of patients the total efficiency of 97. 5% , clinical treatment is better than 82. 5% in the control group, the situation compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups were significantly different, statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery as a new minimally invasive technique, because it shorter operative time, less bleeding, faster recovery, less trauma and other characteristics, and has good tolerance, successfully replaced conventional open surgery, has become the treatment of ovarian cyst choice.
