乌鲁木齐地区临床医师职业幸福感现状调查

A survey of occupational well-being among clinicians in Urumqi

目的探讨乌鲁木齐地区临床医师的职业幸福感现状及其影响因素,为今后的干预与提升策略提供理论依据。方法选择2016年9-12月乌鲁木齐地区5所不同级别医院的182名临床医师,采用自编《临床医师职业幸福感量表》进行问卷调查,比较不同性别、学历、月薪、科室临床医师职业幸福感情况。结果乌鲁木齐地区临床医师职业幸福感水平平均得分为(2.86±0.47)分。除了自我价值、薪酬待遇2个维度以外,男性临床医师在其他维度的平均得分均高于女性临床医师,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。除了身心健康、人际关系2个维度以外,具有博士学历的临床医师在其他维度的平均得分均高于硕士和大学本科及以下学历的临床医师,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。临床医师职业幸福感随着月薪的增加而不断提高。除了社会信心维度外,不同科室的临床医师职业幸福感差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乌鲁木齐地区临床医师职业幸福感还有进一步提升的空间,临床医师职业幸福感水平的提升还需医院和医师双方的共同努力。

Objective To investigate the sense of happiness of occupational well-being and its influencing factors of clinicians in Urumqi,thereby providing theoretical basis for future intervention and promotion strategies.Methods A total of 182 clinicians were enrolled from 5 hospitals with different levels in Urumqi from September to December 2016.The occupational well-being scale for clinicians was used to investigate the occupational well-being of doctors in different departments with different gender,educational level,monthly salary and Department of occupational well-being.Results The average scores of occupational well-being of clinicians in Urumqi were（2.86±0.47）points.In addition to the 2 dimensions of selfworth and remuneration,the average scores of other factors were significantly higher than that in female clinicians（P 〈0.05）.In addition to the 2 dimensions of physical and mental health,interpersonal relationship,the clinician with a doctoral degree was shown to be significantly higher than that with the master degree and college degree and below（P〈 0.05）.The professional well-being of clinicians was presented to be increased with the monthly salary being increased.In addition to social confidence dimension,the occupational well-being of clinicians in different departments was also displayed to significantly different（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Our analysis suggests that there is still room for further improvement of occupational well-being among clinicians serving in Urumqi,and the improvement of the level of occupational wellbeing of clinicians may require the joint efforts of both hospitals and physicians.
