摘要 Akt是磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶(PI3K)的下游靶蛋白,PI3K/Akt信号通路参与细胞增殖、分化、凋亡和代谢等基本功能。中枢系统的Akt活性还受神经递质多巴胺(DA)的调节,介导多种药物成瘾的进程。该文就Akt的结构特征、活性调节以及该信号分子在药物成瘾中的相关研究予以综述。 Akt is the downstream target protein of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase( PI3K),and PI3K/Akt signaling pathway is involved in cell proliferation,differentiation,apoptosis and metabolism. The activities of Akt in the central nervous system is also regulated by the neurotransmitter dopamine( DA),therefore Akt mediates multiple drug addiction process. This article reviews the structural characteristics and activity regulation of Akt,as well as the related research in drug addiction of this signal molecule.
