摘要 在煤、岩中施工水平定向长钻孔和大直径顶底板钻定向孔施工时,针对现有泥浆泵不能完全满足对钻井动力介质提出的大流量、高压力、高可靠性的问题,采用大功率钻探设备两体化的设计理念,进行了泥浆泵单元设计、液压控制系统设计以及整车布局等设计,研发了煤矿井下大功率泥浆泵车,主要配套大功率定向钻机用于煤矿井下水平定向钻进。该泥浆泵车可独立行走,搬迁方便、集成性高、外形美观。现场工业性试验表明:大功率泥浆泵车可靠、高效地输出大流量、高压力的钻井液,满足了煤矿井下大直径高位孔定向钻探的需求,有效保障了用于以孔代巷的大直径高位孔施工,对提高煤矿井下钻探装备在瓦斯抽采和顶底板治理方面的应用具有重要意义。 Aiming at the existing disadvantages that the mud pump can't fully meet the requires,such as large flow,high pressure and high reliability of the drilling slurry in the construction of horizontal and long drilling holes in the coal and rock underground,the design concept that high-power drilling equipment is split two parts was used,the mud pump unit,hydraulic control system and vehicle layout were designed,and high-power mud pump vehicle underground coal mine was developed. The main purpose of pump vehicle is it can be used to support high-power directional drilling machine for coal mine horizontal directional drilling. The mud pump vehicle can walk independently,move easily and high integration,beautiful appearance. The field of industrial tests showed that: high-power mud pump vehicle meets the requires of the large diameter borehole in roof of underground coal mine by output of large flow,high pressure drilling fluid,and has ensured the construction of high-level boreholes with largesection. It has a great significance to promote application level of coal mine drilling equipment in gas drainage and roof and floor control.
