水平井压裂缝对产量的水电模拟实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对实际生产中水平井压裂缝和产能关系不明确的问题,采用水电相似原理进行水电模拟实验,研究了不同裂缝长度和不同裂缝间距对水平井压裂后产能的影响,取得了适当的增大裂缝间距,增长裂缝长度有利于提高水平井压裂产能的成果,研究表明:在其他条件相同时,随着裂缝间距的增加压裂井的产量逐渐增加;在其他条件相同时,随着裂缝间距的增加,压裂井的产能增加速度逐渐变小,而产能增加速度的拐点一般在裂缝半长的1.5倍左右;当其他条件相同时,压裂井的产能会随裂缝长度的增加而增加;如果排除间距干扰时,产量增加的幅度不会随着裂缝长度的增加变缓。该研究可以为现场施工中的压裂优化裂缝间距和裂缝长度提供一定的理论指导。 In allusion to actual production of horizontal well fracturing fractures and production capacity is not clear the problem,using the principle of similar hydropower,hydropower simulation experiment,different crack lengths and different crack spacing effects on productivity of horizontal wells were studied,the appropriate increase of crack spacing was obtained,and crack growth length was conducive to improvement of horizontal well fracturing the production results. The conclusions were as follows: under the same conditions,with the increase of the crack spacing of well production increased gradually; in other conditions,with the increase of crack spacing,fracturing wells increase speed gradually,and increase the speed of the inflection point in the production capacity of about 1. 5 times the crack length; when the other conditions were the same,the productivity of the fractured well will increase with the length of crack spacing; if you exclude interference,increase yield degree will not slow with the increase of crack length. According to the research of this paper,it can provide some theoretical guidance for the optimization of fracture spacing and crack length.
