摘要
针对五沟煤矿1015工作面受多种类型水害威胁,对该工作面进行了充水条件分析,确定工作面在回采期间主要受10煤顶板砂岩裂隙水和底板灰岩水的威胁,根据分析结果,对煤层顶板砂岩裂隙赋水情况进行了瞬变电磁法探查和钻探验证。对煤层底板实施了全覆盖注浆改造工程,采用网络并行电法和钻探方法对注浆效果进行了验证;根据工作面涌水量预计情况设置了排水系统。在采取以上治理措施后,1015工作面在回采期间,整个工作面涌水量约25 m^3/h(主要为生产废水及采空区疏放水),底板无出水情况,实现了安全开采,取得了较好的经济效益。
In allusion to 1015 working face of Wugou Coal Mine that was threatened by many types of water disaster,to analyze the water filling conditions of the coal face,to determine the face during the mining period by 10 coal roof sandstone fissure water and floor limestone water threat. Based on this analysis,the transient electromagnetic method and drilling verification were carried out for the water of sandstone in coal seam; the coal seam floor was covered with full grouting and the effect of grouting reinforcement was verified by network parallel method and drilling method; the drainage system was set according to the expected water level of the coal face. After taking the above control measures,the inflow of water in 1015 coal face was about 25 m^3/h( mainly for the production of waste water and drains water from mined area) during the mining period,and there were fell water on the floor,to achieve safe mining and good economic benefits.
