浮选精煤脱水用加压过滤机优化改进研究 被引量:3

摘要 由于加压过滤机是以压缩空气为媒介,通过滤饼两侧的压力差实现细粒精煤脱水,因而其在生产中普遍存在处理能力低、电能消耗大、环境影响大的问题。针对加压过滤机处理能力低的问题,梁北选煤厂在生产中发现由于入料粒度细,过滤压缩空气无法通过滤饼而出现饼薄的问题,降低了加压过滤机处理量。通过调整入料的粒度组成,提高了滤饼的透气性和加压过滤机的处理能力;通过增加排气管的直径,降低了排气管内的余压,从而降低了加压过滤机滤饼外侧的压力,实现了加压过滤机低压工作,降低了电能消耗;通过将下仓排气放空管改到气水分离器中,降低了粉尘和噪音,优化了环境。通过对工艺系统和设备的改造,提高了整个生产系统的生产效率,改善了工作环境。 As the pressure filter was compressed air as the medium,through the pressure on both sides of the filter cake to achieve finegrained coal dehydration. So its production in the ubiquitous processing capacity was low,power consumption,environmental impact of the problem. In view of the problem that the processing capacity of the pressure filter was low,Liangbei Coal Preparation Plant found that due to the fine grain size of the feed,the filter compressed air could not pass through the cake and the cake was thin,thus reducing the pressure filter throughput. By adjusting the particle size of the feed composition,the permeability of the filter cake was improved and the processing capacity of the press filter was improved. By reducing the diameter of the exhaust pipe,the residual pressure in the exhaust gas was reduced,thereby reducing the pressure filter the pressure on the outside of the filter cake,thus achieving a low pressure operation of the pressurized filter,reduces the power consumption; by reducing the dust and noise,the environment was optimized by changing the venting ventilator to the soda separator. Through the transformation of the process system and equipment,improve the production efficiency of the entire production system,improve the working environment.
