摘要 为节省发动机电喷系统开发过程中的硬件成本,提高氧传感器信号老化性能的稳定性,在现有PCM硬件结构不作改动的前提下,提出通过软件算法进行氧传感器信号老化处理的方法,代替传统的专门硬件老化模拟装置。搭建氧传感器信号老化处理算法架构,设计算法能准确识别信号的跳变沿,并选择合理的时机介入和退出老化处理过程,使用一阶惯性滤波算法对信号进行老化处理。试验结果表明,本文方法能够达到与硬件模拟装置同样的老化效果,并满足国五车载诊断系统(OBD)法规的型式认证要求。 Under the premise of the existing PCM hardware structure not be changed, in order to save hardware cost in OBD development process, and to improve aging stability, a new method of oxygen sensor aging with software algorithm is proposed to replace traditional aging method with specialized hardware simulation device. The aging algorithm structure is built, and specific algorithm is designed to identify signal switching edge. Aging intervention and exit times are chosen rationally, and first order inertial filter algorithm is used in aging process. The test results show that the proposed aging algorithm can produce almost the same aged signal as specialized hardware device, satisfying China V OBD regulation requirement.
