依帕司他联合贝前列素钠治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效

Therapeutic effect of epalrestat combined with beraprost sodium on diabetic peripheral neuropathy

目的:探讨依帕司他联合贝前列素钠治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(diabetic peripheral neuropathy,DPN)的疗效。方法:选择本院内分泌科门诊及住院的DPN患者96例,随机分为依帕司他组(32例)、贝前列素钠组(32例)、依帕司他联合贝前列素钠组(32例),规律使用口服药物治疗12周。观察临床疗效,测定患者正中神经、腓总神经运动传导速度(motor nerve conduction velocity,MNCV)和感觉传导速度(sensory nerve conduction velocity,SNCV)改变。结果:3组临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),依帕司他联合贝前列素钠治疗效果最佳。3组治疗后神经传导速度与治疗前比较均明显提高(P<0.05);依帕司他联合贝前列素钠组治疗后神经传导速度增加程度明显高于其他2组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与单用依帕司他、贝前列素钠比较,依帕司他联合贝前列素钠治疗DPN效果最佳。

Objective： To investigate the therapeutic effect of epalrestat combined with beraprost sodium on diabetic peripheral neuropathy（ DPN）. Methods： A total of 96 patients with DPN were randomly divided into epalrestat group（ n = 32）,beraprost sodium group（ n = 32） and epalrestat combined with beraprost sodium group（ n = 32）. After 12 weeks treatment,the clinical effect and motor conduction velocity and sensory conduction velocity of median nerve,peroneal nerve were measured in three groups.Results： There were statistically significant differences in therapeutic efficacy among three groups（ P〈0. 05）,epalrestat combined with beraprost sodium in treatment of DPN exerted the best efficacy. The nerve conduction velocity of the three groups was improved compared with before that treatment（ P〈0. 05）. With regard to nerve conduction velocity improvement in three groups,epalrestat combined with beraprost sodium group had more rapid velocity than the other two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Epalrestat combined with beraprost sodium in treatment of DPN could produce best therapeutic efficacy.
