整合素α3在卵巢上皮细胞癌中的表达及意义 被引量:5

摘要 目的:研究整合素α3(integrinα3,ITGA3)在卵巢上皮细胞癌组织和细胞系中的表达及其与卵巢上皮细胞癌发展的相关性。方法:采用实时荧光定量PCR(qRT-PCR)和免疫组织化学法分别检测卵巢上皮癌细胞系和癌组织以及良性组织中整合素α3 mRNA和蛋白的表达。结果:qRT-PCR检测结果显示,与正常卵巢上皮细胞相比,SKOV3和OVCAR-3卵巢癌细胞系中整合素α3 mRNA表达水平明显升高(P<0.01)。与卵巢良性组织相比,癌组织中整合素α3 mRNA表达水平明显升高(P<0.01)。免疫组化结果显示,与卵巢良性组织相比,卵巢癌组织中整合素α3蛋白表达水平明显升高(P<0.01)。且晚期患者癌组织中整合素α3蛋白表达高于早期患者。结论:整合素α3在卵巢癌细胞系及癌组织中呈高表达,且与临床分期相关;其表达可能与卵巢癌的发生、发展和转移有一定相关性。
