摘要
针对发动机主轴承装配和工作特点,建立了用于发动机主轴承热态工作条件下的径向游隙分析模型,分析了轴承内外环配合参数、轴承内外环锁紧螺母拧紧力矩、发动机转速、轴承工作温度和中介支承结构形式等参数对轴承径向游隙的影响规律。结果表明,轴承的装配工艺和工况对其几何参数的影响较大,设计时应注意轴承的装配工艺参数、发动机工况参数、润滑参数、轴承几何参数和机械性能等相关参数的合理匹配,以提高轴承寿命,保证发动机稳定运转。
Based on the assembly and working characteristics of main shaft bearing, analysis models wereset up for calculating the radial clearance of aero-engine main shaft bearing under thermal working state.The variation laws of the radial clearance, which are changed with the inner and outer ring fit tolerance, thetightening torque of inner and outer ring lock nuts, the rotating speed of aero-engine and the bearing work-ing temperature were analyzed. The results show that, the assembly process of bearing and aero-engine op-erating conditions produced significant impacts on rolling bearing’s geometric parameters. Attention shouldbe paid to the rational parameters matching of assembly process of bearing, aero-engine operating condi-tions, lubrication, and bearing’s geometric parameters and mechanical performance, in order to improve thebearing life and guarantee the stability of the engine running.
