On the Protection and Education of Intangible Cultural Heritage in Ethnic Areas under the Construction of “the Belt and Road”

非物质文化遗产的各种形式是中华传统文化的重要载体,是中华民族悠久历史的物证和优秀文化的根基,民族地区非物质文化遗产更为重要。在"一带一路"建设中,民族地区作为重要的人文优势集中区域,加强民族地区非物质文化遗产的保护与教育是民心工程,是传承和弘扬丝绸之路精神,开展文化与学术交流的重要工作。教育始终能够以不同的机制和形式对非物质文化遗产发挥着自己的功能。近年来,中国大力开展非物质文化遗产教育。然而,当下时代,保护和传承非物质文化遗产的教育体系仍未建成,还需我们继续探寻与实践。

The various forms of intangible cultural heritage are the important carriers of Chinese traditional culture,the material evidence of the long history of the Chinese nation and the foundation of excellent culture.The intangible cultural heritage in ethnic areas is more important.Under the construction of'the Belt and Road',ethnic areas,as the important concentrated areas of humanistic advantages,shall be strengthened in the protection and education of the intangible cultural heritage,which shall be regarded as the project of popular support,an important work to inherit and carry forward the spirit of the Silk Road and carry out cultural and academic exchanges.In recent years,China has vigorously carried out the education of intangible cultural heritage.However,in the present era,the educational system of protecting and inheriting the intangible cultural heritage has not yet been completed,and need to be explored and practiced further.
