On the Co-Construction of Departure Port for New Silk Road by Guangdong,Guangxi and Hainan Provinces

粤桂琼三省区具有天然的地缘关系、共同的民间习俗和世代相传的传统文化,是历史上起过重要作用的海上丝绸之路始发港所在地。在"一带一路"建设不断推进的新形势下,弘扬古代海上丝绸之路的开放探索精神,粤桂琼应联袂打造21世纪海上丝绸之路始发港。

The three provinces of Guangdong,Guangxi and Hainan have natural geographical relations,common folk customs and traditional cultures from generation to generation.They had been the port of departure of the Maritime Silk Road which has played an important role in history.Under the new situation when the construction of'the Belt and Road'continues to promote,they shall carry forward the spirit of openness and exploration of the ancient Maritime Silk Road,and co-construct the port of departure for the 21 st Century Maritime Silk Road.
