广西高校学生资助工作队伍建设途径研究

On Construction Method on Financial Aid Team for Students of Universities in Guangxi

资助工作是一项关乎贫困生切身利益的民生工程,而加强资助队伍建设是促进高校资助工作顺利开展的重要保障。广西高校资助工作队伍不断充实,资助人员综合素质不断优化,资助工作体制不断健全,但也存在着一些问题,试图从加强管理规范,强化培训教育,完善考核及推进辅导员队伍建设的职业化进程等方面加强广西高校学生资助工作队伍的建设。

Financial aid is a livelihood project related to the vital interests of unprivileged students,and to strengthen the construction of financial aid teams is an important guarantee for the smooth progress of aid work of the universities.The financial aid team in the universities of Guangxi are increasingly supplied,their comprehensive quality is continuously improved,and the working system is steadily standardized.However,there still exist some problems.This paper discusses the present situation and the reasons,and argues that the construction of financial aid team of the universities in Guangxi should be strengthened from the aspects of normative management,so as to improve training education,perfect the assessment and promote the professionalized process of tutorial team construction.
