醒脑静注射液联合银杏叶提取物注射液对老年急性脑梗死病人MMP-9、BNP及Cys-C的影响

Effects of Xingnaojing Injection and Ginkgo Biloba Extract Injection on the Levels of MMP-9,BNP and Serum Cystatin C in Elderly Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨醒脑静注射液联合银杏叶提取物注射液对老年急性脑梗死病人基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、脑钠肽(BNP)及血清胱抑素C(Cys-c)水平的影响。方法将我院收治的126例老年急性脑梗死病人按照数字表法随机分为两组。对照组63例采用急诊常规治疗,治疗组63例在对照组基础上加用醒脑静注射液联合银杏叶提取物注射液。比较两组临床疗效、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、脑血流动力学、MMP-9、BNP、Cys-c的差异。结果治疗组治愈率、总有效率分别为36.5%、92.1%,高于对照组的19.0%、77.8%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后1周、治疗后2周试验组NIHSS评分、MMP-9、BNP、Cys-c水平降低,也低于同期对照组,并呈逐渐降低的趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后1周、治疗后2周试验组DVp水平升高,也高于同期对照组,并呈逐渐升高的趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论醒脑静注射液联合银杏叶提取物注射液对老年急性脑梗死效果佳,临床有效率高,能降低炎症细胞因子水平,改善脑血流动力学。

Objective To investigate the effects of Xingnaojing injection（XNJI）and Ginkgo biloba extract injection（GBEI）on the levels of matrix metalloproteinase-9（MMP-9）,brain natriuretic peptide（BNP）and serum cystatin C（Cys-c）in elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction（ACI）.Methods One hundred and twenty-six elderly patients with ACI were randomly divided into two groups：control group（n =63）treated with routine treatment,and treatment group（n =63）treated with routine treatment plus XNJI and GBEI.The clinical curative effect,National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale（NIHSS）scores,cerebral hemodynamics,MMP-9,BNP and Cys-c levels were observed.Results The cure rate and total clinical effective rate were 36.5% and 92.1%in treatment group,which was significantly higher than that in control group（19.0%,77.8%,P〈0.05）.After treatment of 1 weeks and 2 weeks,NIHSS scores and MMP-9,BNP levels decreased,which was lower than that in control group（P〈0.05）,and gradually decreased.The levels of DVp increased,which was higher than that in control group（P〈0.05）,and gradually increased.Conclusion XNJI and GBEI can decrease the level of inflammatory cytokines,improve cerebral hemodynamics in patients with ACI.
