纺织浆料发展综述

Research progress and properties of textile sizing agent

概括了纺织浆料近年来的研究进展,并介绍了淀粉、聚乙烯醇(PVA)、聚丙烯酸三类浆料的研究进展。其中改性淀粉的种类不断丰富,性能不断完善,应用范围不断扩大;针对PVA浆料不易降解的问题,改善其降解性能的研究较多,但目前还未取得实质性突破。与此同时,其代替产品的研究不断深入,正越来越多地取代PVA浆料;聚丙烯酸类浆料的综合性能较好,对聚丙烯酸类浆料进行改性研究,及将其与改性淀粉等其他浆料复合使用的趋势不断显现。最后,对纺织浆料的发展趋势做出了展望。

This paper introduces the research progress of textile sizing agent in recent years as well as three types of sizing agent,including starch,PVA,and polyacrylic acid. The range of modified start becomes wider and wider,its performance has been constantly perfected,and it is applied more and more widely; researches on improvement of the degradation property of PVA have been made,but no substantial breakthrough has been made. At the same time,researches on substitute of PVA have been constantly deepened,and there are more and more substitutes of PVA becoming available; the comprehensive performance of polyacrylic acid sizing agent is good,and research on modification of polyacrylic acid sizing agent and putting it and other sizing agents,such as modified starch,into use together is becoming a main trend. At last,the development trend of textile sizing agent is estimated.
