摘要
龙眼是我国南方的热带亚热带水果,含有丰富的营养物质。龙眼果实一般成熟于高温、高湿的夏季,采后贮藏期间易发生品质劣变、腐烂,严重制约了采后贮藏保鲜。就物理保鲜技术(如低温、气调、热处理和辐照)、化学保鲜技术(如有机酸、磷脂酶D抑制剂、外源ATP和涂膜)和生物保鲜技术的国内外龙眼保鲜技术研究进展进行综述,旨在为保持龙眼果实采后品质、延长保鲜期提供参考。
Longan fruits are tropical and subtropical fruits from Southern China, rich in nutrients. Longan fruits generally mature during the high temperature and high humidity season. Upon harvest,longan fruits are prone to quality deterioration and rot resulting limited shelve life during the storage. In this paper,various presentation techniques from domestic and foreign sources are reviewed, based on physical (such as low temperature,air conditioning,heat treatment,and irradiation),chemical (such as organic acids, phospholipase D inhibitors,exogenous ATP,and coating),and biological presermation technologies. The purpose is to provide reference for maintaining the postharmest quality and extending the shelf life of longan fruits.
