Dry-hanging and wet-lying-tile construction technology of sloping roof

以山西省襄汾县丁陶风情街项目为例,简要论述了大坡度屋面葡萄牙水泥S形瓦屋面的工艺特点,对保温层铺设及挂瓦条固定方法的合理选择以及对细部做法的控制等工艺环节的操作要点作了详细的论述,有效地解决了坡屋面结构层混凝土浇筑下滑,保温层粘结及在瓦件钉挂不牢固而产生下滑脱落问题。

Taking Dingtaofengqing street project in Xiangfen County of Shanxi province as an example, the paper briefly describes the technologi-cal features of large-sloping roof Portugal cement S-shape tile roof, discusses thermal insulation layer paving and hanging tile fixing methods selec-ting and specific operation points. As a result, it effectively solves some problems, such as sloping roof structure layer concrete grouting sliding, thermal insulation layer bonding, poor tile hanging consolidation and sliding and so on.
