对建筑工程屋面防水施工技术的特点进行了简要说明,从防水材料成本高、施工人员经验少、能力差、材料不符合施工标准等方面,分析了屋面防水施工技术存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决对策,总结出未来屋面防水施工的重要性。

This paper briefly described the characteristics of building engineering roof waterproof construction technology, from the high cost of waterproof material, construction personnel with little experience, poor ability, materials did not meet the construction standards and other as-pects ,analyzed the existing problems of roof waterproof construction technology, and put forward corresponding solving strategies, summarized the importance of future roof waterproof construction.
