介绍了建筑节能所带来的益处,结合实际案例,通过对建筑节能投资与成本进行计算,对节能建筑设计与未节能建筑设计进行了研究,并利用年费用计算法及现值计算法,对建筑投资经济进行了分析。
The thesis introduces the benefits of building energy saving. Combining with actual cases, through building energy saving investment and cost calculation, it studies the building energy saving design and non-building energy saving design, and finally discusses building investment economy by applying yearly cost calculation method and economic limitation calculation method
