论我国建筑工程招投标管理存在的问题及对策

对建筑工程招投标的各个阶段进行了分析,从施工企业不具有相应资质、业主方规避招标、招投标双方行为不够规范三方面,分析了建筑工程招投标管理中存在的问题,并提出了相对应的解决措施,有助于提升建筑工程招投标管理水平。

The paper analyzes building engineering bidding and tendering at various phases, analyzes building engineering tendering and bidding management problems from three aspects of poor construction enterprise qualification, property owner avoiding bidding, and poor bidding perform-ance, and puts forward corresponding solving measures, which will be good for improving building engineering bidding management level.
