对建设工程管理中施工进度控制的探讨

Discussion on schedule control in the management of construction project

结合进度管理的重要性,阐述了影响工程项目施工进度的因素,从管理不到位,重视程度低,未能有效控制进度、成本、质量,制定的项目进度计划与实际建设情况不符三方面,分析了进度控制存在的问题,并提出了相对应的解决措施。

Combining with the schedule management importance, the thesis describes factors influencing engineering project construction sched-ule ,analyzes schedule control problems from three aspects of poor management, low attention degree, poor effective control schedule, cost and quality, and inconsistence between planned project schedule plan and actual construction conditions, and finally puts forward corresponding sol-ving measures.
