摘要
从准备阶段做到知己知彼、细化量化进度计划、全局考虑把控重点、总结现场情况四方面,对项目施工组织管理提出了一些具体的建议,旨在使现场的管理工作沿着既定的路线前进,为今后的同类工程提供参考。
From the know your personality in preparation stage, quantitative and detailed the schedule, overall consideration of control key points, summary of site conditions four aspects, this paper put forward some specific suggestions to project construction organization management, in order to make the site management work along the established route line, provided reference for similar engineering.
