摘要
工业化生产的水性环氧乳液用作漆基,无污染、高效的防锈颜料三聚磷酸铝用作活性防锈颜料,制备了性能优异的三聚磷酸铝水性防腐蚀涂料.研究了颜基比、水性环氧乳液CYDW113-W50与水性环氧固化剂CYDHD-W280质量比对涂膜相关性能的影响以及不同固化剂量对涂料适用期的影响,并将研制涂料的性能与国家相关技术指标进行对比.结果表明,颜基比为0.8,水性环氧乳液与水性环氧固化剂的质量比为100:10时所得涂膜性能优异.固化剂用量决定涂料适用期,可以通过调节固化剂用量获得适用期合适的涂料,所制的涂料性能达到国家相关技术指标,是一种环保高效的水性防腐蚀涂料.
Waterborne anticorrosive coatings is prepared with waterborne epoxy resin emulsion as varnish base and non-pollution aluminum tripolyphosphate as antirust pigment.The influence of pigment to varnish base ratio and the ratio of epoxy resin CYDW113-W50 to curing agent CYDHD-W280 on film’s performance are studied.The effect of curing dose on the application period of coating is also studied.The performance of the prepared coatings is compared with the national standards.Results show that coating’s film has a preferable comprehensive performance when the mass ratio of epoxy resin to pigment and filler is 0.8,and the mass ratio of curing agent to epoxy resin emulsion is 100:10.The dosage of the curing agent which determines the pot life of paint,can be adjusted for paint application period appropriate.The coating properties can achieve the relevant national technical index.It is a kind of environmental protection and high efficiency of waterborne anti-corrosion coatings.
