摘要
在电缆生产过程中,需要实时检测电缆绝缘层的均匀性和破损情况。基于水电容测量原理,设计了一种新型的电缆绝缘层缺陷的检测方法。通过圆柱形电容器建立起电缆绝缘层破损情况的检测模型,利用多电极传感测头获取实时的水电容波动信息,根据波动信息与设定阈值的差值,检测电缆绝缘层的缺陷故障。
In order to meet the technical requirements of the uniformity and breakage of insulation layer in the production of cable, a new method for detecting the cable insulation defect is analyzed by using the principle of water capacitance. Through the use of cylindrical capacitance model, adetection modelonthe insulation layer breakageisestablished. Using the multi electrode sensing probe to obtain the real-time water capacitance information, the defect of insulation layer is detected.
