摘要
电线电缆行业用聚乙烯、聚丙烯塑料产品标准中,均要求测量熔体质量流动速率,该指标在电缆生产过程中具有非常重要的指导意义。行业内现行的塑料熔体质量流动速率测试标准GB/T 3682—2000与ISO1133-1:2011新版标准存在诸多差异。从设备、试验条件等方面阐述了标准差异,同时通过试验数据对比,分析了这些差异对试验结果的影响。
In the standards of PE/PP plastic products in wire and cable industry, it is required to measure the melt mass flow rate, which is of great significance in the process of cable production. There is much difference between the test standard GB/T 3682-2000 which is now under use and the new version ISO 1133-1 : 2011. This thesis expounds the difference from the aspects of equipment and testing conditions, while analyzes the influence of the difference on the test results through the comparison of the experimental data.
