摘要
针对船员考核评估体系中评估因素权重确定问题,研究了评估权重的计算方法,提出了基于模糊综合层次分析法与熵值法的组合评估权重确定方法。在此基础上,建立了船员岗位操作能力多级综合评估模型,并结合某岗位操作能力评估进行了实例分析。结果表明,该方法合理可行,为各种训练系统的考核评估工作提供了有益借鉴。
Aiming at the problem of determining evaluation factor weight in the evaluation system of crew members, the calcu-lation method of evaluation factor weight is studied. The combination of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and entropy value method to determine the weight values is proposed. Based on this, the multi-level comprehensive evaluation model of crew post operational ca-pability is built. An example of evaluation of some post operational capability is analyzed. The results prove that this method is rea-sonable and feasible. It can provide useful reference for evaluation of various training system.
