某混合结构办公楼的加固技术研究

摘要 当前我国大量既有老旧建筑存在结构体系不合理,如抗震性能差、传力路径不清晰;原有施工质量差,如大量构件钢筋锈胀;结构承载体系的人为破坏,如装修破坏承重墙等问题,这造成了较大的结构安全隐患。本文结合工程实例,针对以上问题,结合建筑拟改造情况,提出具体有效的加固措施,消除已有的安全隐患,大幅提高结构的承载力和抗震性能,详细阐述施工中的各种技术措施,最大程度地实现原有加固方案所要达到的效果,保证建筑后续使用安全。该实例的设计施工可为存在不合理结构体系及较大安全隐患的既有建筑结构的加固处理提供参考。 At present,a large number of existing buildings in China has serious structural problems. Structural system is unreasonable,such as poor seismic performance and unclear force transmission path; The original construction quality is poor,such as a large number of steel rust; Structural bearing system suffered human damage,such as decoration damage bearing wall and so on. The above caused a large structural security risks. In this paper,with practical engineering taken for example,in view of the above problems,the proposed transformation of the building is combined with and specific and effective reinforcement measures are put forward to eliminate the existing security risks and increase the bearing capacity and seismic performance of the structure substantially. Detailed description of the construction of various technical measures is carried on to maximally achieve the effect of original reinforcement program which ensure the building safety of the follow-up use. The design and construction of this example can provide a reference for the reinforcement of existing building structures with unreasonable structural system and large safety hazard.
