核心理念、实践困境与行动逻辑:慕课时代的高等教育

摘要 慕课作为在线教育的拓展和延伸,秉承着优质教育资源共享开放、课程信息学习互动协作的核心理念,在实践探索中面临着自律与他律的学习成效困境、投入与产出的持续发展困境和颠覆与融入的文化安全困境。为了更好地理解慕课的本质,应从发展战略、教学模式和队伍建设上探求慕课的行动逻辑,以期对慕课的发展提供一定的理论借鉴。 Mooc, as an expansion and extension of online education, adhering to the concept of high quality education and cooperation, in practice and exploration is faced with learning difficulties of self-discipline and heteronomy, the plight of the input and output of the sustainable development and the dilemma of the integration of cultural subversion and security. In order to have a better understanding of the essence of Mooc, we are sup-posed to explore its action logic from the aspects of development strategy, teaching mode and team buildingin or-der to provide some theoretical reference for its development.
