玄武岩纤维橡胶混凝土抗冲击性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 在以往已进行的相关工作基础上,将橡胶掺量恒定为15%,对基准混凝土、橡胶混凝土和玄武岩纤维橡胶混凝土进行落锤冲击试验,分析掺入纤维后橡胶混凝土抗冲击性能的变化规律。试验结果表明:橡胶的掺入能够明显地提高混凝土的抗冲击性能。在初裂发生时,每次冲击荷载作用下混凝土微应变变化值明显低于普通混凝土开裂后的变化值。橡胶混凝土中掺入0.10%的纤维后,微应变变化值增长速率更加缓慢,纤维很好地抑制了裂纹的扩展,提高了抗冲击性能。 On the basis of relevant work that has been performed,the falling weight impact test on reference concrete,rubber concrete and basalt fiber rubber concrete is made by keeping the mixing amount of rubber for 15%,and the analysis on change rule of anti-impact properties of rubber concrete after mixing fiber is made. The test results show that,the mixing of rubber can obviously improve the anti-impact properties of concrete. When the first crack occurs,the micro strain change value of concrete under the effect of each impact load is obviously lower than that of common concrete after cracking. After mixing 0. 10% fiber in rubber concrete,the rate of rise of micro strain change value is slower. The fiber can restrain the propagation of crack well,so the anti-impact properties are improved.
