摘要
挂篮是悬臂施工法重要的施工设备,其受力性能对施工安全起着至关重要的作用。以某客运专线连续梁悬臂浇筑施工挂篮为例,验算了主桁架杆件强度、主桁架挠度、前上横梁强度、吊杆及挂篮走行稳定性。结果表明,所设计的菱形挂篮各部件有足够的强度、刚度、稳定性,可以满足施工安全要求。
Hanging basket is a kind of important construction equipment according to cantilever construction method,whose mechanical behavior plays a crucial role in construction safety. Taking the cast-in-cantilever hanging basket of continuous beam bridge for a passenger special line as the example,the check calculation on the intensity of main truss rod piece,deflection of main truss,intensity of front upper beam,and stabilities of suspender and hanging basket deformation is made. The results show that,each component of designed rhombus hanging basket is with sufficient intensity,rigidity and stability,which can meet the requirement of construction safety.
