摘要
通过分析电炉丝烘箱加热、红外加热、微波加热的特点,对三种加热方式的加热效率及其沥青混合料综合性能的影响进行试验。结果表明:微波加热沥青混合料速度最快,红外加热次之,电炉丝烘箱最慢;红外加热对加速沥青混合料老化影响最大,电炉丝烘箱加热次之,微波加热最小。微波加热沥青混合料是今后的主要趋势。
The test on the heating efficiency of three kinds of heating methods and its influence on the comprehensive performance of asphalt mixture is made by analyzing the features of electric stove wire oven heating,infra-red heating and microwave heating. The results show that: the speed of microwave heating for asphalt mixture is the fastest,that of infra-red heating is the second,and that of electric stove wire oven heating is the slowest; the influence of infra-red heating on the acceleration of asphalt mixture ageing is the largest,that of electric stove wire oven heating is the second,and that of microwave heating is the smallest. Microwave heating for asphalt mixture is a main tendency in the future.
