推进"两学一做"学习教育常态化制度化,是全面从严治党的战略性、基础性工程。基层党组织要结合实际探寻开展"两学一做"学习教育的有效路径和方法,以机制创新推动"两学一做"学习教育常态化制度化并取得实际效果。为此,要增添动力机制,认知"两学一做"学习教育常态化制度化的战略性地位;拓展承载机制,增强"两学一做"学习教育常态化制度化的实效性;健全激励机制,激发"两学一做"学习教育常态化制度化的生命力。

To promote the routinization and institutionalization of the ' studies on the theoretical and practical issues of party building' is a strategic and fundamental project for comprehensively strengthening party discipline.The grassroots party organizations should find out effective paths and methods for carrying through the party building studies according to the actual situation,and promote the routinization and institutionalization of party building studies by innovation in mechanisms,so as to obtain real effect. For this purpose,we must improve the dynamic mechanism,and deeply understand the strategic value of the routinization and institutionalization of party building studies; expand the carrying mechanism to enhance the effect of routinization and institutionalization of party building studies; and complete the incentive mechanism to stimulate the vitality for routinization and institutionalization of party building studies.
